LAYER 01
Heavyweight Outer Shell
Cut from custom 480 GSM French terry cotton. Drapes naturally like authentic streetwear, blocks aggressive wind chill at speed, and resists pilling under daily use.
Safety note: The cotton outer shell provides comfort and thermal shielding; it does not replace abrasion-resistant fibres in high-speed tarmac contact.
LAYER 02
Abrasion-Resistant Lining [CONFIRM WITH SUPPLIER]
Concealed beneath the cotton shell across critical slide zones (shoulders, elbows, back). Designed to slow friction burn during an unexpected low-side slide.
Safety note: Textile abrasion linings provide supplementary resistance compared to standard hoodies, but do not offer the multi-slide durability of heavy track leathers.
LAYER 03
Removable Impact Protectors [CONFIRM DOCUMENTATION]
Internal mesh envelope pockets positioned at the shoulders, elbows, and spine hold flexible impact protectors. Pads can be easily removed in seconds for casual streetwear washing.
Safety note: Impact protectors absorb and disperse localized kinetic energy. They do not prevent bone fractures or severe rotational injuries. Always ride responsibly.
